“My husband had an accident and we were 5 days away from leaving the hospital and I called them on a Sunday, he called me right back, I explained what I needed by Friday afternoon and when I got home (to Wyoming) on Friday, the platform lift was installed ready for me to get my husby in the house, I have never had such an amazing experience without having even met them, they were ready to help me before I knew how much help I needed, they made service the first priority not money, they truly are a people company, the all mighty dollar was never an issue, I wish there were 10 stars!!! Well just a quick edit, I must have been seeing stars. after only using the lift 3 times, my husby was able to walk, so at 60 days I called them back for any help with a return or buy back, even at a loss on my part, but I wasn’t treated the same at all, I payed $8,500 originally and was offered $1,500 to buy it back. Highly disappointed in follow-up service and the way I was spoken to.”
