- All sales are final. Western Stairlifts & Mobility Products does not offer refunds or returns on any products sold.
2. Warranty Information
- New products come with manufacturer warranties. Western Stairlifts & Mobility Products provides a 90-day labor warranty on new installations, except for customers located more than a 2-hour drive from Sandy, UT.
3. Buyback Program
- Western Stairlifts will buy back used Harmar stairlifts only. All products must be in good working condition and subject to inspection by Western Stairlifts before an offer is made.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void any warranties.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Western Stairlifts & Mobility Products is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products sold or installed by us.
- Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
6. Custom and Special Orders
- Custom orders and special request items are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
7. Force Majeure
- Western Stairlifts & Mobility Products shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or technical issues.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- This Refund and Return Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or related to this Refund and Return Policy, or any purchases from Western Stairlifts & Mobility Products, shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Utah.
